A boost session is an individual 60 minute life coaching session that has been designed to offer you coaching in any area of your life as you need it. This session is a great way to spark action, create commitment and generate results.
Clarity Session Package
A life coaching package that includes four sessions conducted over a 4 to 6 week period. This package will help pave the path to clarity through vision and goal setting regarding your personal, career and health goals. We’ll dive deep into creating your vivid vision, set powerful goals and develop a weekly action plan to get you started taking inspired, imperfect action. We’ll also take a look at setting up new habits for success, creating time management tools and create that ideal schedule to help keep the momentum going. You will also receive tools, worksheets and unlimited access to email support during the package timeframe when needed.
Reset Wellness Session Package
A health and wellness coaching package that includes 6 sessions conducted over a 3 month time frame. These sessions are revolved around wellness, health, habits, mindset, exercise and self-care. The goal is setting you up for optimal health and wellness from a holistic standpoint: mentally, physically and spiritually.
